Lifting Beams

We hire a combo bar as it can be used as a Lifting Beam or a Spreader Bar depending on how it is rigged. All images on this page show it used as a Spreader Bar.

Main uses are for lifting equipment that requires a vertical lift with clearance to prevent crushing. (eg. site buildings, machinery, etc.)

The bar can be extended from 2250mm lug centres to 3700mm lug centres allowing for different sized objects to be lifted. It has a max. capacity of 4.05t @ 2250mm as a Lifting Beam and a max. capacity of 15t @ various lengths as a Spreader Bar if rigged correctly.

This bar comes as part of the equipment supplied with the AT20 Franna Crane or it could be hired seperately to be used with another crane.
