Erecting roof trusses onto a new Community Centre in Officer.

I got a call to unload and position roof trusses on a new Community Centre being erected in Officer, Vic. One truck had already unloaded when I arrived so I proceeded to unload the other. Then the erection process began. This involved positioning the packs to be able to place the trusses, one at a time, in the appropriate position. This took a couple of days as I was also called back by another company to place the roof sheets on top of the building.

For a normal house, the trusses are placed into position by hand, however these trusses were too high to be able to be manouvered into position safely.
